             Option 3: Rates for Single Occupancy: INR 80000/- per month for a private room for seniors living alone. private room with a spouse, brother, or relative elder.

The above options include life enrichment activities, entertainment, accommodation, meals, on-call medical services, nursing staff, power backup, housekeeping, and bi-weekly changing of linens in the rooms.

 We require a security deposit of INR 2,00,000, which is fully refundable, to ensure preparedness for any medical situation. Additionally, we maintain a 10,000 rupee petty cash reserve to cover unforeseen everyday expenses.

          1. Your Personalized Service Cost: After a thorough medical evaluation, we will calculate your service cost based on your individual needs, length of stay, and preferred room type.

         2. Clear and Transparent Pricing: We believe in transparency and will provide you with a clear breakdown of prices, ranging from INR 45,000 to INR 100,000 per month.

  3. Peace of Mind with a Refundable Medical Emergency Deposit: In the event of a medical emergency, we are prepared to assist you with any unforeseen circumstances, such as an emergency room visit or other urgent medical needs. 

        4. Convenient Petty Cash Support: As an additional convenience, our dedicated staff will responsibly manage a petty cash fund of INR 15,000 to cover your daily expenses.
